If customers have visited your website and shown interest in a specific product, they enter in a product abandonment flow. Note that these customers should already be in your audience base.

Like at the abandoned cart and checkout, send the first “reminder” email 1 hour after they have viewed particular products.

Using this flow, you will increase your sales as you will prevent potentially lost orders. Consequently, you can expect increased sales and lower costs as you gain new orders from already interested customers.

Subscribers exit this flow when they add an item to the cart / start their checkout / place an order.
