Use social media, forums, surveys and observe live interactions to gather the following data:
Imagine your ICP as a real person - someone you know. Give them a real name, find an image of the person that resembles your ideal customer in your mind.
When you’re writing your copy, look at this picture and imagine you’re having a conversation with them.
